Our Pilates classes in Cowley Oxford are suitable for all levels of individuals. Available as either group or individual sessions, our Pilates classes allow exercises to progress safely and challenge all members.

About Pop-up Pilates in Cowley (Unipart Lean Machine Gym)

Based in a large, spacious studio our Pop-up Pilates classes in Cowley offer a fun and challenging work out for employees and local residence alike. Our classes focus on core strengthening, posture and flexibility with a new focus each term. Unipart house boasts a large secure visitor car park and plently of bike racks. We are set within the Lean Machine gym
