Our Pilates classes in Bicester are suitable for all levels of individuals. Available as either group or individual sessions, our Pilates classes allow exercises to progress safely and challenge all members.

About Pop-up Pilates in Bicester (Souldern) Oxford

Souldern Pop-up Pilates classes are held on the edge of the village in Souldern village hall, easily accessed from nearby villages and the M40. On the first Monday of every month we move to Fritwell. There is plently of free parking in both locations.

Our friendly, and dynamic classes cater for a very mixed group.
